Job Title: FA - Key Solutions Principal Consultant - AI in Finance Location: Bangalore Designation: Principal Consultant Experience: 15+ years Educational Qualification: CA / MBA About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Principal Consultant to lead the conceptualization, design, and deployment of AI-led solutions in the Finance Accounting (FA) domain . This role requires deep domain expertise, technical knowledge of AI technologies, and the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders to drive innovative finance solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Act as the functional SPOC with deep expertise in FA domain and technology. Provide guidance and oversight on AI-led solutions across the FA value chain (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, FPA, Controls, and Compliance). Lead client conversations with senior stakeholders on AI in Finance. Conceptualize, design, and deploy next-gen FA technology solutions leveraging AI, ML, Gen AI, and Agentic AI. Oversee solution lifecycle including IP rights, solution roadmaps, and implementation hygiene. Conduct research on latest AI/ML developments and recommend innovations in FA solutions. Secondary Responsibilities / Added Advantage: Experience in development and deployment of AI solutions in the FA space. Lead training sessions to increase adoption of AI-led solutions across the practice. Strong presentation, documentation, and spreadsheet skills for client engagement and internal knowledge sharing. Required Skills Expertise: Strong domain knowledge in at least 2 of 3 FA towers . Deep understanding of AI-led solutions in Finance . Ability to work in ambiguous and complex environments and manage multiple priorities. Excellent soft skills to work effectively as an individual contributor in a horizontal-vertical structure. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives independently .
