Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective delivery of development tasks. Take responsibility for key technical decisions and support decision-making across multiple teams. Deliver solutions to complex technical problems affecting the immediate and extended teams. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities and promote continuous improvement. Monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met while upholding quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles. Experience in performance tuning and optimization within SAP systems. Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 development frameworks. Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues independently. Additional Information: Minimum 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
