Monitoring Tools Solution Architect

As a Monitoring Tools Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading technical pre-sales engagements and presenting IT operations transformation solutions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders. Your experience in designing and implementing monitoring solutions for distributed systems, cloud environments, and on-premise infrastructures will be crucial. You should have deep knowledge of various IT monitoring tools such as ScienceLogic, SolarWinds, Datadog, LogicMonitor, and AppDynamics. Additionally, experience in the administration and support of specific monitoring tools like Zenoss, Apica, BMC Truesight, or Impact Manager is required. Your background in IT operations and monitoring, with an understanding of IT systems, networks, applications, and processes like ITSM and ITOM, will be beneficial. Experience in implementing and managing monitoring in cloud environments is essential. Specific industry or technology expertise (e.g., web applications, cloud computing, security) would further enhance your profile. Strong technical knowledge of servers, databases, network devices, and applications is necessary for this role. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be put to use in analyzing data, synthesizing findings, and proactively identifying and resolving issues. Effective communication and collaboration skills are required to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience with various IT infrastructure, Network and Operational tools. - Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations in IT Operations for global enterprises. - Experience in working with pre-sales teams, strategic consulting, and solution architecture roles. - A comprehensive understanding of server infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Proficiency in analyzing log files, system metrics, and other data sources to identify trends, trouble-shoot issues, and generate reports. - Experience with IT Operations and various platforms Please note that the desired location for this role is Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai.
