Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst in the Delivery and Configuration Team, you will be a key player in ensuring the successful delivery and configuration of solutions to clients. Your role will involve conducting detailed business analysis, overseeing the configuration and customization of the platform, managing multiple projects, testing and ensuring quality assurance, creating documentation, providing training to clients, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. You will need a blend of analytical skills, project management capabilities, and a strong understanding of technical configurations to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the client success team to gather and document client requirements - Conduct detailed business analysis to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications - Work closely with the development team to implement client requirements accurately - Oversee the configuration and customization of the VMock platform to meet client specifications - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope - Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, monitoring progress against them - Create and execute test plans to ensure functionality and performance of solutions - Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions - Provide training and support to clients on effectively using the VMock platform - Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices - Stay updated with industry trends to enhance delivery and configuration processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree from a top Delhi University college - 0-1 year of work experience in business analysis, data analysis, research, etc - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Business acumen with a strong understanding of business concepts - Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets (Excel), and PowerPoint - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Company Details (if available): The company offers additional benefits such as best-in-class tools of trade, medical insurance for employees and immediate family members, and a fast-paced environment conducive to growth.
