About the role
Role Overview: You will lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE applications focusing on RESTful services and Spring Boot. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Java/J2EE developers in designing, developing, and implementing RESTful web services using Spring Boot. - Define and implement coding, testing, and deployment best practices to ensure application performance, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive architectural decisions. - Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior team members. - Stay current on industry trends to recommend solutions and drive technical innovation. Qualifications Required: - 11+ years of Java development experience. - Strong experience with Spring and Microservices. - Experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets. - Proven ability to apply SDLC concepts and deliver functional applications. - Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming. - Experience in analysis, design, coding, and testing of Java-based applications. - Strong communication skills for interacting with business owners.
