Essential Functions Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs. Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems. Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios. Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management. Partner with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues. Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively. Possess familiarity with cloud architectures and AI/ML service consumption patterns.
