About the role

They are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data accuracy and performance. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric tools and services Integrate data from multiple sources (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured) into centralized data models Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ETL process issues in a timely manner Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows Stay current with Microsoft Fabric updates, features, and best practices Support data analytics and reporting teams by providing clean, well-structured datasets Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience as an ETL Developer, Data Engineer, or similar role Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and related services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI integration) Strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure preferred) Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation Understanding of big data technologies and distributed computing Knowledge of API integration and real-time data streaming Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control (e.g., Git) Benefits Peak Support and our Work-from-Home PLUS model Exceptional work environment for our team members Convenience of working from home Benefits of working for an established organization Tremendous opportunities for growth 100% remote since day one Company Overview Peak Support provides customer service, sales operations, and business process outsourcing to high-growth companies.
