CGI is a leading IT and business consulting services firm, and they are seeking a motivated Intelligent Automation Engineer with experience in Robotic Automation (RPA) and foundational skills in AI/ML. The role involves building, testing, deploying, and supporting UiPath automations while collaborating with various teams to enhance digital transformation initiatives across Department of War programs.ResponsibilitiesBuild, test, deploy, and support UiPath automations in production, including queues, retries, logging, and alertingConfigure and manage bots via UiPath Orchestrator, including scheduling, monitoring, and exception handlingIntegrate ML inference into workflows using APIs or event-driven patternsMonitor run performance of automations and troubleshoot incidentsMaintain and enhance RPA and AI-enabled solutions in secure federal environmentsImplement data validation and perform integrations with APIs, databases, and file systemsCollaborate with analysts, Marines/SMEs, and technical teams to refine requirements and validate outcomesPrepare documentation describing design, configuration, AI model utilization, and compliance considerationsSkills3+ years delivering production automation solutions that include RPA and AI/ML-enabled automation2+ years hands-on UiPath development (Studio/Orchestrator) including REFramework, attended/unattended bots, and UiPath AI Center (academic or internship experience accepted)Experience developing, testing, and deploying UiPath automations supporting DoD/USMC processesConfigure and manage bots in UiPath OrchestratorFoundational understanding of AI/ML concepts such as classification, NLP, OCR, or model integrationExperience with Python, C#, .NET, SQL, PowerShell (basic), Git, and Agile/ScrumAbility to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance RPA and AI-enabled solutions in secure federal environmentsPartner effectively with business analysts and SMEsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience developing and supporting automation solutionsAbility to obtain a DoW security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredExperience with UiPath AI Center and/or Document UnderstandingExposure to Python ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) or managed ML servicesUiPath certification(s) or equivalent proficiencyExperience with other RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)BenefitsCompetitive compensationComprehensive insurance optionsMatching contributions through the 401(k) plan and the share purchase planPaid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick timePaid parental leaveLearning opportunities and tuition assistanceWellness and Well-being programsCompany OverviewInsights you can act on.
