As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will analyze and optimize various aspects of the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvementDevelop mathematical models and simulations to evaluate different scenarios and optimize supply chain operationsUtilize statistical analysis techniques to identify areas of inefficiency, forecast demand, and improve forecasting accuracyAssess current supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution, and identify areas for optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement supply chain improvement initiatives, such as reducing the lead times, improving supplier performance, or implementing new technologiesDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actionsIdentify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performanceConduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop strategies to address them effectivelyContinuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose process enhancements that align with the organizations goalsPrepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendationsCollaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, operations, and finance, to ensure effective communication and alignment of supply chain strategiesMaintain clear and concise documentation of analysis, models, and process for future referenceWork with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supply chain management software, and other analytical tools to gather and analyze dataSupport the implementation and integration of new supply chain technologies and toolsSkillsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldLegally eligible to work in the United StatesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insightsProficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Smartsheets, etcKnowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and industry trendsFamiliarity with ERP systems and supply chain management softwareExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise mannerStrong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesContinuous improvement mindset and the ability to proactively identify opportunities for process enhancementsBenefitsCompetitive compensation plansLong-term career opportunitiesBenefit plans to contribute to your good health, future financial security, and peace of mindCompany OverviewComputacenter is an IT services company that provides infrastructure, digital transformation, consulting, and managed services.
