Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) consultant Mandatory skills: Must have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) configuration and administration. Expertise in learning item creation, curricula, programs, assignments, and certification management. Knowledge of user management, role-based permissions (RBP), and security configurations. Must have experience with LMS integrations, including HRIS, Employee Central, and third-party learning content providers. Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and LMS dashboards. Understanding of SCORM, AICC, xAPI, and online learning standards. Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and production support. Knowledge of learning compliance, training records, and audit requirements. Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and training skills. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management and change implementation processes.
