Role Team Lead- Performance Management Job Level/ Designation M2 Function / Department Planning and Quality Location Circle Hiring Manager VH Radio Planning and Quality Job Purpose Drive network performance and customer experience improvement across 4G and 5G network by pro-actively monitoring cell level KPIs, identifying worst performing cells ,implementing optimization actions through parameter level fine tuning and cross functional collaboration. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Monitor and analyzecell-level radio performance KPIson a daily basis. Identify and driveworst cell improvement initiativesin coordination with stakeholders. Performparameter-level optimization and fine-tuningto enhance network performance and user experience. Lead resolution ofnetwork-related customer complaintsthrough targeted optimization actions. Collaborate closely withOperations, Transmission (TX), and Core teamsto resolve performance issues. Provide extended support tozonal RF teamsfor network issue resolution and performance enhancement. Manage and maintainnetwork KPI databasesat cell, site, and network levels. Utilize and drive adoption ofoptimization and monitoring toolsfor performance improvement. Work withCentral Quality, CODE, and Central Planning teamsto analyze trends and implement learnings. Coordinate withcircle and corporate teamsto ensure timely resolution of network issues and improved customer experience Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 7-10 years of telecom experience, withminimum 2 years in Network Performance & Quality. Strong understanding ofnetwork architecture, call flows, counters, and KPIs. Provenanalytical and problem-solving skillswith data-driven decision-making capability. Hands-on experience withanalytics tools and performance monitoring systems. Strongstakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationskills. Good understanding ofnetwork features and parameter optimization across OEMs Must have technical / professional qualifications . B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications (or equivalent). . Strong understanding of4G/5G network architecture, call flows, performance counters, and parameter optimization across various OEM platforms.
