Role TM – MW planning & Performance Job Level/ Designation M1 Function / Department Technology / Quality Location Guwahati, Assam Hiring Manager Dipen Chanda, DGM Job Purpose Co-ordination with CODE for MW network planning & design of robust MW network Stringent monitoring of MW link performance, link utilization, bandwidth delivery & BAU support Optimize usage of MW spots & improve existing POP efficiency in coordination with CODE planning Co-ordination with CODE to plan & create routing designs with efficient QoS in place for access transmission to deliver best in class CXX experience to customers Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Maintain MW planning database, parameter & planning audits for deviation correction, if any To monitor & analyse microwave performance reports & co-ordination with CODE planning for KPI improvements Co-ordination with CODE & field team for validation of MW LOS feasibilities Microwave material mapping from fresh / re-use kitty for successful execution of the all MW released plans for rollout / consolidation / Optimization in circle End to end coordination with support functions for execution of all MW plans released, Traffic shifting & BAU requirements Co-ordination with CODE & BSS team for visibility of all MW operational nodes Feasibility check of all enterprise bandwidth requirements ( Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 3 to 5 years of technology experience in Microwave planning across different vendor equipment. Good Knowledge of vendor products for different OEMs like Huawei, E///, ZTE Ceragon & NEC Knowledge in MW planning and DWDM, SDH, EoSDH, IP/MPLS, QoS Good understanding of various DCN techniques for NMS login/visibility of all vendor equipment. Good understanding of QoS service mechanism in various equipment present in network. Knowledge on MW link optimization & KPI improvement to ensure best in class CXX delivery Team player & eagerness to learn technology advancements. Flexible & adaptive to changes Qualifications Must have technical / professional qualifications Bachelor of Engg. CCNA certification preferred
