The team also provides cost planning and tendering support, vendor evaluation and selection, and advanced Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities. Role Description The Senior Architect (4 - 7 Years) The Junior Architect (2 - 3 Years) Location: Pune Qualifications Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design Feasibility, Master Planning, Concept to detailed / GFC drawings Proficiency in Integration of multidisciplinary inputs (structural, MEP, BIM) into cohesive design solutions, ensuring coordination and constructability. Solid Project Management and Client management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and timely delivery of design milestones. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and relevant rendering applications, Revit would be added advantage. Skilled degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution. Experience in Industrial, Healthcare, Data center, or Large commercial projects and knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and sustainability practices. Strong design communication skills, including the ability to present concepts, lead client meetings, and mentor junior designers. .
