Product Designer - UX

Location: Trivandrum Experience: 2 -3 years About the Role We're looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about solving real user problems through intuitive design. Youll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft user-centric experiences across our product suite. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced product team. Responsibilities Work with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and turn them into elegant design solutions.Participate in the end-to-end design process: from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and design QA.Translate product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable interfaces.Create and maintain design system components and documentation.Conduct or collaborate on user research and usability testing.Present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and team members.Iterate based on data, feedback, and user insights.Promote good design practices. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in product/UX/UI design (internships count!).Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX thinking, UI skills, and end-to-end product design process.Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDUnderstanding of design systems and component-based thinkingStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfort with ambiguity and working on iterative product developmentAwareness of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles Bonus Skills Experience working in Agile product teamsFamiliarity with basic HTML/CSSPrevious experience in SaaS, telephony, healthcare, or enterprise platformsExposure to analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Hotjar, Mixpanel) to drive design decisions .
