User Experience Designer

Your role will involve designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications by following user-centered design principles. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with requirements is essential. You will also be expected to maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries. Ensuring that designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices will be a crucial aspect of your work. Participating in design reviews and iterating based on feedback from stakeholders and users will be necessary. Staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in UX/UI design trends, tools, and methodologies is also a part of this role.
