SAP Consultant Job Description Key Responsibilities: 1. L1 Support for SAP GRC Access Control: Provide L1 support for SAP GRC Access Control issues. Good understanding on configuring GRC workflows. Perform user provisioning/de-provisioning via GRC. Monitor and resolve basic access and authorization issues. Assist in segregation of duties (SoD) analysis and remediation. Follow up on access request workflows and approvals. Support periodic user access reviews and SoD review. Work closely on setting up agents. Good understanding on maintaining the ruleset. Required Skills: Good understanding of SAP GRC modules: ARM / ARA / EAM / BRM. Knowledge of SAP Security concepts. Roles, profiles, authorizations. Familiarity with user administration in SAP. Understanding of SoD (Segregation of Duties) concepts. Experience in ticketing tools SC3 / JIRA. Troubleshooting and support skills. Good to have exposure in S4 HANA / HANA DB security. Soft Skills: Good communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with a proactive attitude.
