Salesforce Cloud Data Developer

Description : Experience Range : - Overall IT Experience : 5-8 Years - Salesforce Experience : 3-4 Years (Mandatory) - Salesforce Data Cloud Experience : 1-2 Years (Hands-on Mandatory) - Hiring Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida, Kochi, and Trivandrum Must-Have Skills : - Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (1-2 years minimum) - Experience in at least 2 Salesforce Data Cloud implementation projects (design + development) - Strong understanding of : 1. Data Cloud objects & data models 2. Identity Resolution (IR) 3. Data Streams, DLO, DMO, data mapping 4. Calculated Insights 5. Segmentation & Activation - Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud Query Language (DQL) - Experience with data pipelines and SQL - Proficiency in API integrations (REST / SOAP / GraphQL) - Experience with ETL tools and data integration patterns - Strong expertise in data modeling and data warehousing concepts - Ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance Data Cloud solutions - Experience in data governance and data quality standards - Hands-on experience in : 1. Data ingestion from multiple sources via Data Streams 2. Identity Resolution rule configuration and optimization 3. Segmentation and activation processes - Strong troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills in Salesforce Data Cloud - Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Business + IT) and define data strategies - Excellent communication skills; able to coordinate with onsite US-based teams Good to Have Skills : - Experience across other Salesforce clouds : 1. Sales Cloud 2. Service Cloud 3. Community / Experience Cloud - Exposure to : 1. Marketing Cloud / Pardot 2. Einstein AI / Einstein Studio 3. Salesforce Analytics 4. Field Service Lightning (FSL) - Experience with : 1. AI/ML concepts and external model integration into Salesforce 2.
