About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Ensure timely completion of civil works on site by coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction). Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials science, and building codes. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and clients.
