ServiceNow Senior Architect Job Type: Contract Work Model: Hybrid Locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 10+ Years (Minimum 7+ Years ServiceNow) Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior Architect to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, platform governance, and solution delivery. The candidate will design scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions while guiding technical teams and driving platform strategy. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.Proven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations.Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM.Experience with CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, and custom applications.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.Certifications Preferred ServiceNow CSACIS ITSMServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)Key Responsibilities Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmap.Act as the technical design authority for implementations, integrations, and enhancements.Establish platform governance, standards, and upgrade-safe development practices.Review technical designs and guide implementation teams.Conduct platform health assessments covering security, scalability, and performance.Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads.Collaborate with business stakeholders and ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.Role Overview This is a senior technical leadership role requiring hands-on ServiceNow architecture expertise, platform governance experience, and the ability to lead complex enterprise implementations across multiple locations.
