Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Consultant, SAP S/4HANA Material Consultant, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA, including "Rise with SAP" and "Grow with SAP" implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of material management processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP S/4HANA Material Management (MM) implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Design, configure, and deploy SAP S/4HANA MM modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs. Provide expert guidance on "Rise with SAP" and "Grow with SAP" initiatives, driving business transformation and optimization. Conduct system analysis, develop functional specifications, and support the development team during the build phase. Manage project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure knowledge transfer within the team. Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients. Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Material Management. Proven experience with "Rise with SAP" and "Grow with SAP" implementation projects. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, capabilities, and best practices. Strong understanding of material management processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading successful SAP implementations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. SAP certification in S/4HANA MM is highly desirable.
