Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementationsArchitect and design scalable ServiceNow solutionsWork extensively on HRSD module implementation and configurationCollaborate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering and solution designEnsure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, integration, and platform governanceGuide development teams and provide technical leadership Required Skills: 10+ years of overall IT experienceStrong hands-on experience as ServiceNow ArchitectProven expertise in HRSD module (mandatory)Experience in designing and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutionsStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrationsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills .
