Hiring Alert: Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud Architect Location: PAN India / Hybrid Experience Required: 10+ Years Budget: Best in Industry We are looking for an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle ICM Cloud solutions within the Oracle CX ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Oracle ICM Cloud solutionsConfigure compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups & incentive modelsCollaborate with business stakeholders for scalable solution designDevelop integrations using REST, SOAP & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/iPaaS)Provide technical leadership to onsite/offshore teamsSupport testing, UAT, production support & performance tuningParticipate in pre-sales activities and customer demos Required Skills Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud 10+ Years Oracle CX Cloud knowledge ICM configuration & transaction processing REST/SOAP integrations & Oracle Integration Cloud SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI Reports Strong stakeholder management & communication skills Ability to work independently and guide teams Nice to Have Oracle Cloud CertificationsExperience creating scalable and future-ready solution artifacts .
