Minimum 57 end-to-end SAP HCM implementation projects. Strong experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead. Expertise in SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll. Strong understanding of both Functional and Technical aspects of SAP HCM. Experience with SAP HCM integrations and architecture design. Hands-on experience with OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll modules. Experience in client requirement gathering and solution design. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. .
