As a Senior Hardware / High-Speed Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end hardware product development process. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing high-speed schematics and driving end-to-end product development from requirements to mass production - Working on board bring-up, debugging, and validation - Guiding the PCB layout team on stack-up, routing, SI/PI considerations - Collaborating with mechanical and cross-functional teams - Reviewing and analyzing signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) results - Preparing technical documents such as engineering specs, bring-up plans, and validation reports - Independently owning modules and ensuring high-quality delivery Required Skills: - Strong experience in high-speed hardware design & schematic development - Hands-on experience with ARM processors, FPGAs, and controllers (Xilinx, NXP, Microchip) - Expertise in high-speed interfaces like PCIe, DDR4, USB 3.0, 1G/10G Ethernet, MIPI - Knowledge of low-speed interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART - Experience with PCB bring-up and hardware debugging - Ability to guide teams on layout and design best practices - Strong documentation skills Good to Have Skills: - Knowledge of RF design - Experience in communication/networking projects - Familiarity with spectrum analyzers & SMD soldering In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge high-speed hardware projects in a collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
