We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant to help businesses implement and optimize ERP solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in business processes and ERP systems, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Understand and analyze business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory)Map business requirements into ERP solutionsConfigure ERPNext modules based on client needsCollaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrationsConduct system testing and ensure smooth implementationProvide user training and documentationSupport clients post-implementation and resolve issuesContinuously improve workflows and system efficiencyStrong understanding of business processes and ERP conceptsHands-on experience with ERPNext modules (Accounts, HR, CRM, Inventory)Ability to gather and analyze client requirementsExperience in workflow configuration and process optimizationBasic knowledge of ERP customizations and integrationsUnderstanding of SQL and reportingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in end-to-end ERP implementation projectsFamiliarity with Frappe framework (basic understanding)Knowledge of data migration and system integrationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities5+ years of experience as an ERP ConsultantExperience working with multiple ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Ability to handle client interactions and project coordination Know someone who would be a great fit Refer a friend and help them join our mission.
