Job Description SAP Project Systems (PS) / SAP Project Delivery Manager Experience: 8–15 Years Location: PAN India (Hybrid/Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Systems (PS) / SAP Project Delivery Manager with strong expertise in SAP PS configuration, S/4HANA implementations, and global template rollouts . The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects, gathering business requirements, configuring SAP PS solutions, and coordinating project delivery from blueprinting through go-live and hypercare. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical consultants, and project management teams to ensure successful SAP PS solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP Project Systems (PS) implementation and rollout projects. Configure and customize SAP PS solutions based on business requirements. Conduct requirement gathering workshops and Fit-Gap Analysis with business users. Prepare Business Process Blueprint (BBP) and functional design documents. Design and configure: Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Network Activities Project Planning Resource Planning Cost Planning & Budgeting Project Cost Control Project Settlement Results Analysis Milestone Billing Lead global template rollout activities across multiple regions. Coordinate cross-functional integration with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and other modules. Support data migration activities and validate migrated project master data. Prepare Functional Specifications and coordinate developments with technical teams. Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, and business sign-off. Prepare cutover plans and support Go-Live and Hypercare activities. Deliver end-user training and prepare user manuals and project documentation. Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and project governance. SAP PS Certification is preferred. PMP/PRINCE2/SAP Activate certification is an added advantage.
