About the role
You will be responsible for conducting manual and automated testing to ensure the functional integrity of Salesforce updates and integrations. This includes creating and executing test scripts, documenting defects, and coordinating with developers for resolution. Additionally, you will be performing end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications and testing integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems. You will also be validating Power BI dashboards against the requirements. Qualifications required for this role include having 6-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, strong experience in Salesforce testing frameworks, proficiency in test case creation, defect tracking, and UAT coordination, knowledge of automation tools and Agile testing practices preferred, strong experience in Sales cloud, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, good understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, fields, and configurations, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, and being a strong team player.
