Hiring: Edge Software Manager – Pharma Manufacturing Location: Mumbai Grade: M05 Compensation: 35–40 LPA We are seeking an experienced Edge Software Manager to lead our software team in building and managing Level 2 (L2) supervisory control and data systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with team management skills. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership : Lead and mentor .NET & C++ developers, drive agile delivery. .NET Development : Architect RESTful APIs, modernize legacy systems, enable containerized deployments. C++/CUDA Systems : Optimize GPU-accelerated applications, integrate with PLCs & hardware. Systems Architecture : Ensure seamless integration between L2 software, MES, SCADA, and device layers. Compliance : Deliver GMP/21 CFR Part 11 compliant solutions with robust documentation. Candidate Profile 12+ years of software development experience. Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#) and modern C++ (11/14/17/20) . Hands-on expertise in CUDA programming , Linux environments , and device integration . Proven leadership in agile/scrum environments. Preferred: Pharma manufacturing systems (MES/SCADA), regulatory frameworks, cloud (Azure).
