About the role
You will be joining Vyapar's Engineering team as a Javascript Engineer, responsible for developing features in the Vyapar application. Your role will involve translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code, designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable code, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application, identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and translating business requirements into technical requirements. You will also interact with team members and guide them for the right design and implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code - Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements - Interacting with team members and guiding them for the right design and implementation Desired Skills And Requirements: Must have: - HTML, CSS - Strong JavaScript/ Typescript - React/ Angular/ JQuery - Problem-solving skills and Data Structures - Design Patterns and SOLID principles Good to have: - Familiarity with Next.js, Sass is a plus - Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services - Knowledge of Web UI design principles - Knowledge of state-management libraries like Redux, context, etc. - Knowledge of performance optimization and best SEO practices is a plus - Familiarity with docker, CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows - A knack for benchmarking and optimization Experience: - Total Experience should be 1 to 3 years - Minimum one year of experience in JavaScript - Minimum one year of experience in HTML, CSS - Product Company background is a plus Education: - A full-time B.E/ B.Tech Degree from a recognized university You will be joining Vyapar's Engineering team as a Javascript Engineer, responsible for developing features in the Vyapar application.
