About the role
Independently lead the setup and commissioning of new production lines for architectural and structural precast products. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end setup of GRC and precast production lines Define technical processes, material specs, and QC procedures Train teams and establish SOPs for consistent quality Recommend equipment, layout, and workflow improvements Ideal Candidate: 7+ years of hands-on experience in precast or GRC production Strong technical understanding of moulds, mix designs, and curing methods Experience in commissioning or scaling production units Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Experience: Minimum 5 years Qualification: Graduate Post: 1
