Role Overview: You will be joining Vyn, a new-age fintech venture focused on international wealth investing, as a UI/UX Designer. Your main responsibility will be to create intuitive, beautiful, and high-conversion product experiences as the first design hire in the company. This role is based in GIFT City, Ahmedabad, India. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end product design for the mobile app (and later, web) including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, visual assets, and interactive prototypes using Figma. - Prototype and iterate on UX/UI designs based on user feedback and usability testing. - Conduct user research, testing, and data analysis to refine designs. - Build a clean, scalable design system aligned with the brand identity and product philosophy. - Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences. - Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver pixel-perfect implementations. - Establish design culture, processes, best practices, and standards for future hires. - Ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and optimized for global user segments. - Stay updated with global UX patterns, design trends, and innovations in fintech & wealth products. Qualifications Required: - 37 years of experience designing high-quality consumer mobile apps (fintech experience is a strong plus). - Exceptional UI design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, world-class work. - Expert-level proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems). - Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, and user psychology. - Ability to break down complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions. - Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams. - High ownership mindsetcomfortable working in fast-paced, 01 startup environments. - Experience conducting or collaborating on usability studies and design research. - Attention to detail with a pixel-perfect craft mindset.
