Performance Architect

Role & responsibilities Analyze current-state architecture and establish performance metrics. Design low-level configurations to improve system performance. Perform tuning of applications, databases, servers, and infrastructure. Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Execute performance, load, and stress testing. Monitor systems using dashboards, logs, and alerting tools. Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues. Optimize cloud environments with focus on cost and efficiency. Support capacity planning and infrastructure sizing. Develop automation frameworks for performance validation. Document performance standards, guidelines, and procedures. Ensure end-to-end performance optimization across systems and networks. Preferred candidate profile 12+ years of experience in performance engineering, architecture, or system optimization Strong expertise in performance tuning, load testing, and bottleneck analysis Handson experience with monitoring tools and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Dynatrace, AppDynamics) Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems Solid understanding of applications, databases, networks, and infrastructure performance Strong skills in root cause analysis and troubleshooting Exposure to automation/scripting (Python, Shell, etc.) is a plus Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills .
