About the role
Role & responsibilities - Manage and support F5 SSLO infrastructure for enterprise and banking environments. - Perform L2 troubleshooting for SSL visibility, traffic flow, policy enforcement, and application accessibility issues. - Handle deployment, migration, configuration, and upgrade activities for: - F5 SSLO - F5 WAF - F5 Load Balancer solutions - Manage SSL certificate installation, renewal, replacement, and troubleshooting activities. - Monitor system health, HA synchronization, SSL inspection performance, and traffic steering policies. - Support security policy tuning and optimization to reduce false positives and improve application availability. - Coordinate with application, network, firewall, and server teams during implementation, migration, and troubleshooting activities. - Handle production incidents, critical issue troubleshooting, and ensure SLA compliance. - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and prepare technical incident reports. - Work closely with OEM/TAC/vendor support teams for escalations and issue resolution. - Support change implementation, maintenance activities, and operational documentation. - Assist in security monitoring and infrastructure optimization activities. - Support PTA and DAM security monitoring and incident analysis activities. - Participate in planned maintenance, DR activities, and emergency support during critical incidents. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Relevant certifications in F5 technologies will be an added advantage. - Experience working in production support or managed security services environments .
