Location: Pune Experience: 36 Years Key Responsibilities: Manage & support Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) Handle L2 incidents, service requests & problem management Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP administration Server monitoring, performance tuning & patch management Backup & restore operations Work with ticketing tools & coordinate with L3 teams Maintain SOPs, RCA & documentation Technical Skills Required: Windows Server Administration Active Directory & Group Policy DNS, DHCP Monitoring Tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix) Backup Tools (Veeam, Veritas) VMware / Hyper-V Basic Networking & PowerShell Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting ability Good communication Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts Team-oriented & proactive mindset .
