About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Oversee all engineering works in the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production processes and quality control. Design, develop, and implement new projects from concept to commissioning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support their professional development. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering with expertise in AHU & its related sheet metal accessories manufacturing . Strong understanding of HVAC System, Material Handling Equipment, Process Equipment, ENGINEERING WORKSHOP, Manufacturing Engineering principles. Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
