About the role
Location: Ohio (Primarily Local Projects) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Architectural Project Manager (Registered Architect) to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded professional who can lead projects through all phases of design and construction while balancing creativity with real-world constraints. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
Produce and oversee construction documents and coordinate with consultants
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to meet client expectations
Mentor and support junior staff
Contribute creative design solutions while ensuring constructability and compliance
Collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (minimum)
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
Registered Architect (AIA) or actively working toward licensure
Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, and 3D rendering tools
Strong understanding of wood frame construction
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across all phases of architectural design and construction administration
