Our team provides Civil Engineering Design, Geotechnical Engineering, Land Surveying, and Construction Management services for both public and private sector clients. Our expertise, combined with state-of-the-art technology, allows us to deliver projects with increased efficiency and accuracy from preliminary design and mapping through final design ready for bid and construction. We also provide construction-phase support through plan clarification and coordination with contractors and field surveyors. Our engineering staff has delivered economical and efficient designs for a wide range of projects, including single-family residential developments, large commercial and industrial sites, and municipal projects. Position: Experienced Civil Designer / Engineer We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer/Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership qualities and a solid work ethic who is looking to grow with a well-established firm. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare design plans for residential subdivisions and commercial sites

Collaborate with Project Managers and clients on subdivision, multi-family residential, commercial, and industrial site designs

Develop or modify deliverables based on rough sketches, markups, and/or detailed verbal instructions

Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Experience Minimum of 6 years of civil site plan and/or residential construction design experience (required)

• Minimum of 6 years of AutoCAD experience (required)

• Minimum of 6 years of Civil 3D experience (required)

• Familiarity with MSD, St. Louis County, and St. Charles County Highway standards (preferred)

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and resolution skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
