About the role
Construction Superintendent / Project Manager We are seeking experienced Construction Superintendents and Project Managers with a strong background in commercial ground-up construction for full-time, on-site positions in Oak Creek, WI. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction activities and manage site operations.
Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and regulations.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Resolve on-site issues and maintain project timelines.
Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and construction best practices.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or Project Manager on commercial ground-up construction projects.

Strong experience in construction site management and construction safety.

Excellent organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and resolve challenges efficiently.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
Construction Superintendent: Base salary of $90,000-$100,000 , depending on experience.
Project Manager: Base salary in a similar range or slightly higher, depending on experience and qualifications.
