About the role
This is a full-time, onsite position requiring strong analytical, technical, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system.
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Gather business requirements and document workflows, user stories, and system enhancements.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and communicate status updates.
Develop and maintain user documentation, provide end-user training, and support help desk activities.
Collaborate with IT teams, clinical staff, and business stakeholders to improve system performance.
Support configuration and maintenance of EMR functionality.
Document support requests and resolutions using a ticketing system.
Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Analyst-level experience supporting eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR.
Minimum 4 years of experience in business application analysis, EMR administration, healthcare IT, project management, or a related field.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Healthcare or medical office experience is preferred.
End-user training experience is a plus.
Required Skills Strong knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Understanding of project management methodologies and software implementation processes.
Work Schedule Full-time
Monday-Friday
Standard business hours (may vary based on business needs)
Work Environment Office-based, onsite position.
Travel to medical offices may be necessary for the purpose of providing benefit education.
Occasional travel to clinic locations may be required.
Position requires prolonged computer use and the ability to perform standard office-related physical activities.
