About the role
Position: Mechanical BIM Coordinator Work on hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial/institutional projects, supporting 3D coordination and mechanical system design. Key Responsibilities Create 3D coordination, fabrication, and spool drawings
Develop mechanical layouts using CAD and project specifications
Coordinate across trades for large-scale construction projects
Support field teams in resolving mechanical conflicts
Main Requirements 3-5 years of Mechanical BIM / 3D coordination experience
Strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, SysQue, and AutoCAD
Experience in hospitals, labs, or large institutional projects
Hands-on field experience with mechanical systems
Background in sheet metal, piping, and plumbing (all three required)
Ability to produce accurate 3D coordination drawings
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Must be able to work independently
Additional Stable work history and good communication skills
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
Full-time, in-person role
