Position Overview The Civil Engineering Project Manager will lead and manage civil engineering projects while overseeing schedules, budgets, project deliverables, and client relationships. This role also includes mentoring design teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through execution

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

Mentor and guide engineering and design teams

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and stakeholders

Coordinate project meetings, timelines, and risk management activities

Maintain strong client communication and relationship management

Support proposals, networking, and business development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain

• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills

• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Experience with Ajera is a plus

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
