We are seeking an onsite Nuclear Quality Assurance Supervisor in our Nuclear division to join the Corporate QA team at our company headquarters. The successful candidate will assist with and provide a planned and systematic approach to the company's Quality Assurance Program by ensuring that corporate programs, pump repairs, and services conform to established Nuclear requirements. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of ASME Section III, 10CFR50 Appendix B, 10CFR21, and NQA-1 and have a desire to achieve an expert level of understanding of these standards. The candidate may work toward becoming a qualified NQA-1 Lead Auditor and will have experience working in the nuclear power industry and managing a nuclear QA team. Essential Job Responsibilities: Interpret the requirements of quality standards, such as ASME Section III, NQA-1, ISO-9001, and 10CFR50 Appendix B, for application to the Quality Assurance Program and supply base.

Serve as an interface with customers, regulators, and registrars during audits, including NRC, ASME, NUPIC, and other regulatory audits.

Support internal audits.

Support maintenance of ASME Certificates.

Support preparation of ASME Code Data Report Forms for Section III components.

Support reviews of corrective actions and non-conformance reports for 10CFR Part 21 applicability.

Organize and maintain quality record files.

Define and develop quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements.

Meet with customers, vendors, and various company departments to resolve quality issues and provide information.

Participate in and lead audits.

Provide technical support to inspection personnel as needed.

Assume responsibility for the structure, control, and maintenance of the quality program, procedures, work instructions, and records.

Lead, oversee, and mentor a technical QA team.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Nuclear industry experience is required for this role.

Knowledge and Skills Required: 5+ years of experience working in the nuclear industry.

People leadership skills with 3+ years of experience managing a QA team.

Ability to manipulate and analyze data to develop trend charts.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

ERP experience with proficient computer skills.
