Drive DFM/DFA reviews and cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with manufacturing and supply chain

Perform FEA and structural analysis to validate designs against load, fatigue, and safety requirements

Integrate motors, sensors, hydraulic/pneumatic components, and control wiring into mechanical assemblies

Author and manage ECOs, BOMs, and product documentation through PLM systems

Own design verification and validation activities; resolve field issues and support service teams

Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards for the design team

Required:- 10+ years of electromechanical product design experience in a manufacturing environment

5+ years of hands-on SolidWorks - advanced assemblies, drawings, configurations, and PDM

Deep command of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and manufacturing tolerancing

Demonstrated DFM/DFA practice reducing cost and improving yield in production

FEA experience (SolidWorks Simulation or equivalent)

Experience integrating motors, sensors, and wiring harnesses into mechanical systems

Familiarity with ECO/PLM workflows and change management processes
