About the role
Description This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week onsite. We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering firm. The Senior Mechanical Engineer is a leader within the department and will supervise staff's day-to-day responsibilities while mentoring team members in both technical expertise and career development. This role may also involve managing projects of varying size and complexity from concept through construction, supported by in-house coordination across multiple disciplines. You will lead projects by interfacing with clients, delivering technical excellence, and managing project teams and schedules to achieve successful outcomes. Training and professional development are provided at all levels. Qualifications You'll Need Accredited bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license
15+ years of experience in an A/E environment
Demonstrated success in managing engineering projects
Strong engineering expertise in your field and working knowledge of related disciplines
