This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week onsite. We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Melbourne, FL. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will serve as a leader within the department, supervising day-to-day staff responsibilities while mentoring team members in both technical development and career growth. This individual will manage projects of varying sizes and complexity from concept through construction completion while collaborating across multiple disciplines. Responsibilities include client interaction, technical leadership, project management, and ensuring successful project delivery through effective coordination and scheduling. Training and development opportunities are available at all levels. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
Professional Engineer (PE) license
15+ years of experience within an A/E environment
Proven success managing engineering projects
Strong technical expertise within mechanical engineering and understanding of related disciplines
