Full job description A Rare Opportunity for a Texas RPLS to Build Something Big Ready to leave behind the endless client hustle, unpaid invoices, and constant job chasing? You'll join a fast-growing Texas engineering and surveying team with a unique advantage: we work exclusively in-house for a family of land development companies. That means a steady pipeline of projects, long-term growth, and the ability to focus on what you actually enjoy - surveying, development, and building communities across Central Texas. This is more than a job. It's a chance to help shape the future of one of the region's rapidly expanding development groups while becoming an integral part of our team. What You'll Do As our Survey Department Manager, you'll lead and oversee all survey operations, including: Scheduling

Boundary surveys

Platting and easement drafting

Construction staking

Setting lot pins

Supervising and managing survey technicians

Supporting active land development projects from start to finish

  • Location Our office is located in Georgetown, one of the fastest-growing and most desirable communities in Central Texas. Qualifications Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)

  • Experience managing people and projects preferred

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

  • Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening

  • Passion for surveying, development, and teamwork

  • Tech savvy - knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products is a must
