About the role
Position Distinction - Electrical PE (Medium Voltage / TAA Review) Please note that this position is different from our previous Electrical Engineer openings. Candidates submitted for this role must meet the following key requirements: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license .
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering .
Minimum 5 years of experience with building electrical codes and systems.
Strong hands-on experience with: Medium Voltage Systems (above 600V)
Fire Alarm Systems
Cathodic Protection Systems
Radio Frequency (RF) Systems
Experience reviewing electrical design documents and coordinating multidisciplinary review comments.
Ability to participate in meetings with tenant Architects/Engineers of Record to resolve technical issues.
Prior PANYNJ Tenant Alteration Application (TAA) experience is highly preferred.
