Junior Technical Modeler

Responsibilities

• The selected candidate will get opportunity to work on a variety of structural engineering projects in India and US, including residential high rises, commercial development, aviation facilities, sports facilities, healthcare buildings, and hotels.

• Responsibilities will include working with a team of engineers and modelers to deliver modeling and drafting/detailing work. The work shall be shared by the project managers and engineers for projects based in Unites States and/or India. Position responsibilities and requirements will include:

• 3D Model development (required LOD) in Autodesk Revit structure, model maintenance, and ownership

• Developing high quality Drawings with the required plan-section-details, picking up drawing markups etc.

• Use of inhouse developed plugins and tools for productivity enhancement

• Knowledge and understanding of U.S. drafting standards a plus

• Knowledge of parametric modeling (Dynamo) a plus

Qualifications

• Required qualifications and experience

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Architecture (Bachelor’s degree in engineering a plus)

• For Junior Technical Modeler position: 0 – 3 years relevant work experience

• For Technical Modeler position: 3 – 10 years relevant work experience

• Excellent hands-on skills with Autodesk Revit structures or similar BIM tools

• Work experience on US projects would be preferred
