About the role
About the job: We're hiring a technical project manager who can move fast and get things done. You'll be the bridge between customers, developers, and product strategy - handling support escalations, prioritizing features, and ensuring rapid deployment cycles across our SaaS portfolio. This isn't a traditional PM role; you need technical chops to debug issues, understand system and architecture, and make real-time decisions without handholding. Key responsibilities: 1. Manage customer complaints and turn them into product improvements 2. Coordinate feature releases from concept to deployment 3. Work directly with developers to troubleshoot production issues 4. Analyze user feedback and prioritize roadmap 5. Ensure bugs get fixed fast (hours, not days) 6. Own metrics: uptime, customer satisfaction, feature velocity.
