About the role
Responsibilities Transform raw data into meaningful insights to help organizations make informed decisions Translate complex data into actionable business strategies Collect data from various sources (e.g., databases, PDFs, data warehouses) Clean and prepare data to ensure accuracy and consistency Analyze trends and patterns using statistical tools and programming Visualize findings through charts, dashboards, or reports Communicate insights to stakeholders to support decision-making Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using Databricks Integrate AI capabilities into business applications using APIs or customOOTB solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across platforms Qualifications Experience 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python or R, Power BI Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) Experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, statistics, critical thinking, problem-solving Strong experience with Databricks, Copilot Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field Ability to create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Experience with LLMs or generative AI Good to Have Experience in a leadership or cross-functional analytics role Familiarity with AIML frameworks and big data tools Specialized knowledge in engine-focused RD, engineering, and manufacturing domains Certifications in Databricks, cloud platforms, or data engineering
